“Around the time of September 2021, I got T-boned in my neighborhood and my car was deemed a total loss..I suffered from neck and back pain due to the accident and also the loss of my new vehicle. I felt so frustrated, lost, and didn't know what to do.. but then my good friend Tyler suggested that I get in contact with Eric Marshall (who he's went to before as well). I was of course hesitant at first because any type of dealing with a lawyer already sounds like a headache, right? But I took that chance with Eric Marshall and his team and I do not regret my decision at all!! Eric meets with you face to face which is so comforting in my opinion. Eric and Lacey (my first point of contact throughout the case) sat with me and explained to me the process and after that first meeting, I was immediately sent into treatment for my injuries. I love that they focus on getting you better, and I really do love that you don't really deal with any of the "case" stuff. “The short story is that Eric Marshall and his team did a wonderful job representing us, showed personal care for the injured, and treated us fairly. I'd recommend him to anyone who is even considering hiring a lawyer!

The longer story is that we hired him twice: once for a fender bender in the neighborhood which we felt was so obviously the other driver's fault that I hoped our drivers insurance would handle it. A friend recommended I talk to Eric, which I did ... but I resisted including an attorney until the other driver sued us and the ER bills arrived. Eric had no problem taking us late, and he and his partner Marc helped us get through depositions, arbitration, and a fair settlement that went 100% in our favor. The second time was when my husband was riding his bike and a motorist hit him. I texted Eric after I left my husband from the hospital. It was the weekend, but he still responded quickly. He and his wonderful assistant Lacey navigated this messy situation to take care of us again. There is no way we could've handled this on our own.

“I got hit by a car and needed a injury lawyer. I was in an accident before and I had such a bad experience with a law firm I was working with in Henderson in 2017. I came in skeptical and I left feeling taken care of like family.

I drilled Eric Marshall with a bunch of questions in May 2021 with skepticism and he responded with care and with the best of my interest. Throughout my process of going to different doctors and getting checked up, his paralegal Lacey was there to support every step of the way. I would text her and call her with questions and I felt reassured with my decision going with Marshall Injury Law. My last lawyer kept switching me around with different paralegals but Marshall Injury was with one person which was great. I don't have to explain my situation and Lacey knew all of my past concerns.

Now it is March 2022 and we have settled my case. I was more than happy to go with them. You should always have a doctor, a mechanic and a lawyer in mind when you need something and from now on, Eric Marshall is my lawyer.

“On my way to Marshall Chiropractic, I was pulled over for going 38mph in a 45mph while looking to my GPS as I'm from CA. & no pedestrians were present (even the officer mentioned that fact & school wasn't yet out). I saw no ("school zone") flashing lights (which the officer informed me that I failed to see, if they even were, in fact, flashing at that time; which I'll never know & the officer was on the other side of the lights, so how could he REALLY know for certain, either?). I WAS having trouble/slight distraction with my GPS & I WAS also wearing a brimmed hat that may have skewed my upper/overhead view to find me guilty (especially if my windshield visor was down; I don't recall, but it was close to 110° & nearing 2:30pm). I'd never before been on the 10 lane parkway & saw no evidence of children or ANY pedestrians present. In CA, it's a 25mph zone when children are present for schools, so quite a shock to be pulled over on a 10 lane parkway going 38 in a 45. I was horrified to learn of my alleged oversight & would NEVER do such a thing, deliberately. The officer was kind & KNEW that I had plenty of time to slow if I had known because he was in plain view, CLEARLY radaring cars. He obviously believed me, but gave me a citation anyway. Upon my arrival & sharing with Dr. Marshall, he was thoughtful & kind enough to refer me to his cousin's law firm, 'Marshall Injury Law' as his cousin kindly represents people with traffic violations AS A COURTESY (AT NO CHARGE!!!) to reduce a moving violation to a parking ticket with no points & waiving mandatory traffic school. What a blessing to have my alleged speeding citation reduced to a parking ticket & $98 fine with no points against my driving record. I've only ever received one ticket (in '06) of my 30 years of driving & I paid for costly traffic school AND a hefty fine for it. It was expensive & challenging as I was in school, full time & working part time. GOD BLESS the Marshall family & their helpful associates for assisting me with my health & my somewhat harsh introduction to some of the NV roads/traffic laws. Lesson learned & FAR less time consuming & painful that it otherwise would have been. I'm very grateful & I highly recommend BOTH Marshall businesses. Many thanks to them for their kind & efficient assistance.
